We have over 35 years of experience
At Red Carpet Incentives, we specialize in meticulously managing corporate events, retreats, meetings and incentive travel, serving as a dedicated partner from concept to execution. With years of hands-on experience, our team is committed to delivering seamless and memorable events tailored to your goals.
Our founders, Caron and Peter, bring over 30 years of collaborative experience, beginning their journey in the retail travel industry. Their transition into events began in 2000 when they took on the challenge of organizing a 500-person national music conference – an ambitious leap that launched their passion for event planning.
By 2011, Caron and Peter officially founded Red Carpet Incentives, shifting their focus entirely to corporate events and incentive programs. Their long-standing partnership and complementary strengths create a strong foundation for every project, now enhanced by Katie and Nicole’s addition to the team.
Together, we prioritize collaboration, working closely with clients to bring each event to life with care and creativity.
