It is our job to make you look good! Professional planners have the experience and expertise to organize a successful meeting or conference. By working with a professional planner you can expect an increase in the quality of your event, while also saving yourself and your corporation valuable time by allowing your planner to handle all the logistical details on your behalf.

At Red Carpet Incentives, we believe in a transparent pricing model whereby you will see the exact costs of all the components of your meeting detailed for you in a complete event budget. Our fee is based on a percentage of the total net event costs.

It all starts with a conversation. We will meet with you to discuss what your goals are for this event, who will be attending, what your timeframe is for the event, what technology you require, and your event history. From that, we will begin our research and then present you with the options we have vetted on your behalf, looking for the venue that best suits your vision.

Our advice comes from years of experience in designing and facilitating events. We are trained to anticipate problems before they happen and troubleshoot along the way to clear the path for a smooth event for your attendees.
